5 /5 Juan Luis Viruet Jr: Panda is a quaint little Chinese Take-out Restaurant, I ordered the Shrimp Lo Mein and oh so delicious. The people there are very friendly and the prices are very good. They will be getting plenty of business from Blackshear Taxi Service and from me personally.
