Outback Steakhouse - Rome (GA)

1 /5 Nicole Taylor: Not long after being seated our waitress let us know she had a big group to take care of but would "try to be attentive to us" which seemed really rude. After receiving our food and taking one bite we realized our food was still raw. I asked for medium well, which is brown but now well done, Ive always asked for my meat to be cooked to that degree, my son asked for a steak well done, it was still pink and bleeding. The manager did take them off our check but barely apologized. This was my sons first time to Outback after I talked it up about how great it was, but we ended up leaving without even eating dinner.

5 /5 Carolyn Coleman: Our waitress Patience was AWESOME, we had been driving out of State visiting family, we were tired and hungry, as soon as we were seated a smiling face approached us , even though she was busy with a full house she always was there asking if we needed anything. Ask for her you wont be disappointed. Left her a excellent tip. Thank you Patience for making a long journey enjoyable.

5 /5 BigLew: Showed up on New Years Eve and was seated immediately. Service was great and the food was delicious. I was with a party of 4, all having a steak and a blooming onion as an appetizer. The cherry coke was delicious as well. Every time I come to Outback, my steak is cooked to perfection.

5 /5 Bonnie Johnny: Tesla was off the chain. You guys are very blessed to have such a wholesome human, working for your staff. Extremely awesome at her job. Very well spoken and works at a higher standard than most of the other waitress, at Longhorns. Glad we decided to change it up from Longhorn to Outbacks today! Can only pray the people at the top realizes how lucky they are. And pay her accordingly? John Wooten

5 /5 Josh Springfield: Very impressed with the entire crew today, it was super busy and the food came out fast and was great. Our server Madison was amazing and is the main reason we will return. The family hadn’t been in a while and she was very helpful with the menu and with my elderly parents. Thanks Outback for a great lunch. We will be back
