2 /5 Brian Kinney: Very Disappointed
Our experience was far from impressive. To start, the staff appeared unprofessional and poorly trained. The food was overpriced, and to make matters worse, a bottled drink cost $4.00—with no refills.
After placing our order and sitting down, we were informed that they were out of mac and cheese—the one thing my daughter was willing to eat, and the main reason we chose to eat there. They then struggled to figure out how to process a refund, which added to the frustration.
We considered leaving but decided to stay and give the food a chance. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. The wings were so overcooked they were practically inedible, cooked down to the bone. The chicken tenders were nearly burnt. When I expressed concern to the cashier, she casually replied that while the tenders might look burnt, they "wouldn’t taste burnt." I told her plainly: burnt is burnt—and yes, they did taste burnt.
I overheard one of the employees mention that the restaurant had been open for three months. If this is the level of service and quality they’re offering after that much time, I honestly dont see how theyll last another three. Even more surprising, she mentioned they’re planning to open four more locations. My advice: get this one right before expanding—otherwise, youre setting yourself up for failure.
