Ninja Hibachi and Sushi - Chatsworth (GA)

2 /5 Leigha Taylor: I have eaten here 5-6 times before leaving this review. My experience has been hit or (mostly) miss. There’s been 2 times they’ve left my rice out entirely and I have gotten home with just shrimp and vegetables. Spoke with the owner and the customer service was **terrible.** I have gotten really good sushi before, but today the sushi was ROTTEN tasting. I like the ginger salad dressing and I LOVE the lo mein noodles with the yum yum sauce. i ordered the chicken and beef today for the first time and genuinely I’m convinced it’s not real meat, It was very gooey and didn’t taste like meat at all. I had ordered 2 kids meals and was charged for 2 adult meals. I called after and asked about it and they said they don’t have a kids lo mein (which I KNOW I have ordered before atleast 2 times however I feel should have been explain prior while ordering?) I will say the food portions are large.. so had I known i would have only ordered 1 and let my kids share it. We ended up paying $50 for 2 lo mein meals where the meat was gross and sushi was inedible. It seems pretty expensive for what it is honestly but the again the portions are large. If the food was good I wouldn’t complain about price point. I personally will not be eating here again unless the only thing I order is salad and lo mein with no protein. All in all I would say: Food 3/10 Customer service 1/10. Like really just bad.

5 /5 Stefani Tucker: Ran in really quick, after work, my First time there, and ordered their Godzilla and California Roll. It was Absolutely Delicious! The Godzilla Roll was Amazing. The young gentleman at the front who attended me was extremely nice. Will definitely be back, I love sushi, and I normally savor it, but I devoured it in minutes. lol it was so good!

2 /5 Barrett Johnson: 12/5/2025 Writing this review because while I love this place dearly, I’ve been seriously disappointed this time. The food here is phenomenal, and is always delivered quickly and tastes fantastic. Typically, the service is amazing too, but tonight it was deplorable. Hailey was my server, and this is the second time she was blatantly disrespectful with us, offered no refills, had a cold hateful expression on her face the entire time and was extremely short with us. She avoided us like the plague and handed the checks stacked on top of each other without a word. Numerous times I said “thank you very much” with a smile on my face only to get completely ignored and walked away from. I ordered Hot Sake, which came out cold and she had her finger inside the sake cup as she sat it down on the table. I genuinely feel bad writing this review, as I used to be a server myself back in the day but she was so obviously spiteful the entire time that I felt it necessary to say something about it. If you come here and get any other server you will love the experience.
