2 /5 Leigha Taylor: I have eaten here 5-6 times before leaving this review. My experience has been hit or (mostly) miss. There’s been 2 times they’ve left my rice out entirely and I have gotten home with just shrimp and vegetables. Spoke with the owner and the customer service was **terrible.** I have gotten really good sushi before, but today the sushi was ROTTEN tasting. I like the ginger salad dressing and I LOVE the lo mein noodles with the yum yum sauce. i ordered the chicken and beef today for the first time and genuinely I’m convinced it’s not real meat, It was very gooey and didn’t taste like meat at all. I had ordered 2 kids meals and was charged for 2 adult meals. I called after and asked about it and they said they don’t have a kids lo mein (which I KNOW I have ordered before atleast 2 times however I feel should have been explain prior while ordering?) I will say the food portions are large.. so had I known i would have only ordered 1 and let my kids share it. We ended up paying $50 for 2 lo mein meals where the meat was gross and sushi was inedible.
It seems pretty expensive for what it is honestly but the again the portions are large. If the food was good I wouldn’t complain about price point. I personally will not be eating here again unless the only thing I order is salad and lo mein with no protein.
All in all I would say:
Food 3/10
Customer service 1/10. Like really just bad.
