5 /5 Tucker Breder: Incredible meal and thoughtful service. Get the dinner plates, so many fun bites on one plate. Stopped off the highway for a break from driving back to New York from down south— the shrimp was amazing. We sat outside with our dog and they brought him water without us asking! We pinned it on google maps so we can stop every time we do this drive.

The shrimp with lemon-teriyaki on the side is unbeatable, the wine selection is always solid, and the butter cake is a must every time. The service truly sets this place apart—Michelle and Kiara always remember my name, the bartenders are consistently kind, and the ambience is always just right. I’m especially excited that Holly is back as Bar Manager. You truly can’t go wrong with Shuck’s.

We came here to kick off a special celebration after hearing so many recommendations, and WOW—we now see exactly why this gem is so highly praised. From the moment we walked in, the energy was welcoming and lively. The hostess set the tone, and we were blown away by Derrick, who worked nonstop making sure tables, chairs, and even the floors were spotless between guests. His attention to detail and work ethic made a huge impression on us. Our server, Ashley, was an absolute star! Even with multiple tables to manage, she never missed a beat. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, making us feel valued and taken care of the entire time. Her service was the kind that makes you excited to come back. Now let’s talk about the food—outstanding from start to finish. The Shrimp Trio was phenomenal, with the honey garlic and lemonyaki flavors being the standouts. The blackened snapper and fried flounder were cooked to perfection, and the sides—garlic corn, okra, and garlic potatoes—were seasoned just right. We sipped on refreshing mocktails, and capped off the meal with the fried banana cheesecake, which was absolutely worth the wait and the perfect ending to an already incredible meal. Mr. Shucks isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience. Between the delicious food, amazing staff, and unforgettable atmosphere, this will definitely be a regular stop for us anytime we’re in town. 5 /5 Cynthia Law: My daughter and I stopped here on our vacation. And I wish I lived in the area to go back as often as I would like. The food and service was excellent. We both had combination plates. One thing, we arrived about 45 minutes before closing. And we were still eating when the staff started cleaning up for night. It was so good. I usually have a list of positives and negatives in most of my reviews. The only negative is that Mr. Shucks Seafood is in Georgia and Im in California.
