1 /5 Chris Crawford: After a full day of traveling, we get home and order food on the McDonald’s app via Mcdelivery that is offered, our arrival time was 11 mins from 7:20pm at 8:00pm I called the McDonald’s and asked to speak to the manager, fortunately that was who answered after expressing my issue and concern I was then advised that there were no dashers to deliver, so I informed him that I would get dressed and be there to pick it up myself, I was not offered and apology or anything. When I picked the food up it was cold like it had been sitting for 30+ min, was absolutely horrible. My advice for the manager whom was managing the store on November 28th at 8pm, should of apologized and the store should not be offering the delivery service if there is no one to deliver and once this was realized by the manager and the fact that the food had been sitting for awhile, he should of offered an apology and at least the decency to take accountability and say that we will make sure that your order is hot and fresh when you arrive! I’m not looking for ANYTHING free, I’m looking for what I pay for with these inflated prices, a hot meal after a long day, but instead I got complete trash for food and inconsideration for service! The franchise owner should be very aware of the food and service that leaves the store they own.
