Maryland Fried Chicken - Cairo (GA)

3 /5 Liz Hancock: I’ve always loved Maryland’s. The food is good and the people are nice. Went there today to get dinner and as I got home I noticed my chicken sandwich was squished together and the buns were also burnt, which is why I’m giving 3 stars. I’ve always ordered the chicken sandwich and never had this problem before. I understand there was a rush and what not so things get busy, I worked in fast food and I know how it is.

1 /5 Cyndi Huffman: Had high hopes for this place. We like to support local places. What a let down! They were busy but I don’t get it. The food was not good. Had the typical fried chicken. Didn’t have much flavor and was really dry! Green beans were good. Tried the brownies - dry & no flavor. Fries tasted like the grease needed changed badly. Biggest issue - I couldn’t get over how DIRTY this place was. The dining room floor - yuck - stuck to it. Thick layer of grease on it. Tables were not bussed and had a sticky film on them. The women’s restroom looked like it had grease built up all over the walls. Won’t be back.

5 /5 Ed Rachet: Maryland Fried Chicken in Cairo never disappoints — crispy, juicy chicken with that perfect southern flavor. The food’s always hot and fresh, the sides hit the spot, and the service is fast and friendly. Definitely one of THE best local places around for real comfort food!

4 /5 Brad Stallings: Always very nice and well kept inside. Staff are always attentive and working to get your order out quick. Great chicken as well!
