5 /5 Rochelle Winfield: Lynn was amazing!! Food is amazing!!! Customer Service was great! I was worried at first as no one said anything when I first came in, but Lynn was there ready to take my order and answer all questions. She was friendly, nice, and she smiled warmly. She is an asset to any business!! Now the food is amazing! Fresh, hot and seasoned well! This place is a hidden gem. It may look a little rough but it’s worth every penny!! And they have original stadium seats from the 1996 Olympics in the restaurant! Just awesome! If you haven’t tried this place you must! Shrimp and wings are fantastic, I will have to work my way through more of the menu.

1 /5 Kendra Hagins: So I took the food up there, and told the cashier that it was something in the food. So she went to get the manager. He told me it was something from the fryer. And I said, no, that looked like something you scrub the pots with. He said, its one shrimp. He asked, “you want me to fix it over?”No, why would you fix it over? Its just one shrimp, you say. He tells me “Im sorry about that”. Ill never come here again !!!

3 /5 Tai Quality: While the food particularly the B1 Shrimp Boil is consistently excellent and deserves recognition, the customer service is severely lacking and needs immediate attention. The young lady at the grocery counter demonstrates poor customer service skills. She avoids eye contact, seems distracted, and shows no sense of urgency or attentiveness toward customers. This kind of behavior gives the impression that customers are an inconvenience rather than a priority. Equally concerning is the complete lack of engagement from the staff in the back. There are no greetings, no acknowledgment just silence. It creates an uncomfortable and uninviting atmosphere that makes customers feel unwelcome. Customer service is often the deciding factor in whether people choose to return to a business. No matter how good the food is, if the service doesn’t improve, it’s hard to see this business succeeding long-term as it already has been taking over 3x. Additionally, the atmosphere needs a serious update. A more inviting space, paired with professional and friendly service, would go a long way in encouraging customer loyalty and word-of-mouth growth. Without swift improvements, this business risk losing customers who, like me, come not just for the food but for a positive overall experience.

5 /5 Stan: The fried fish and shrimp are great, just like a fried basket in FL! I dont know any restaurant in North Georgia consistently serving a better meal. The servings are very generous and very hot. They have lots of takeout orders and are often busy, be patient its worth it.

2 /5 Shelby Ann Small: I want to love this place but they are double the cost of any seafood places around here. I want to support local small businesses but they make it very difficult the prices were one one thing and are scratched out and filled in significantly higher and when you check around local seafood joints within a 20 mile radius, almost double everywhere else food taste great hot wings are top notch based on seasoning they are subpar at best. I really wanted to like this place I’ve been several times moth when the cost were decent and since they have up the pricing. And sadly it’s just able to compete with the food or the cost of the chain establishments a short drive down the road. Maybe I will try them again and change my mind. But when been going to them hear and there for the past year and sadly I think this is the review I’ve settled on. If you don’t want the seasoning or overly butter flavors the chain restaurants do this is a good place if you have the money to support local businesses even when there double the cost do so!! It’s not bad food! And TRY THERE WINGS THERE SOOOOOO GOOD, but the seafood itself is just I can’t manage to support them.m at this cost. Very very kind workers! And fresh food! The boils are double the cost! Seafood boils are double the cost and half the flavor or basic crab legs. But the argumentative nature of this owner just ruined how unbelievably kind the staff was for me. Ewh
