Just a short 20-minute drive north of Tifton, this place was more than worth the trip. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the warm, inviting atmosphere. The food? Absolutely wonderful. Every dish was packed with flavor, and the selection was just right for a Sunday lunch. My wife loved her meal, and even my 11-year-old daughter—who’s usually hard to please—cleaned her plate and asked for more. What really stood out beyond the food was the feeling of community. We saw families praying together, laughing, and truly enjoying their time. It was refreshing and heartwarming—pure Southern hospitality at its finest. Laney’s delivers top-notch food and top-notch people in a quiet little town that surprised us in the best way possible. If youre anywhere near South Georgia and craving real country cooking, Laney’s is a must-visit.

Cafeteria-style Southern delights: fried cornbread, rolls, fried okra, sweet patato cassarole, dressing and gravy, mac and cheese, turnip greens, rice, creamed corn, black eyed peas, fried chicken, and fried pork chops. Clean, family-friendly service with a smile. Complimentary tomatoes, onions, pickles, and locally sourced honey and jams are avalible.
