1 /5 DENORRIS WILLIAMS: The worst part of my visit to this KFC was the complete lack of customer service. KFC sends coupons to customers, yet when I arrived at the store, they refused to honor them. Even though I couldn’t use the coupon, I still placed the order.
When I received my food, items were missing, cold Mac n cheese. On top of that, I specifically asked for sauces while ordering, and when I got to my car—no sauces were included.
It’s frustrating to see how far fast-food customer service has declined. Situations like this make the experience feel careless and poorly managed. This location seriously needs to improve its service and attention to customers. Close this place down...
