2 /5 Litt Jam: Full video on TikTok @papimya At this time I would not recommend this location. The store manager is fast and friendly. But your crew is a reflection of you. Certain crew members have the potential to be better, but some need to be let out the door immediately for this location to be a 10/10. I came and ordered food for my family on night shift . The team was pretty good overall. My experience was good up until the point of me reaching home and serving my family the food. All the food was good until I reached the bottom of the bucket and my chicken didn’t look decent to eat. The skin was falling off the chicken . When I returned the next day to notify the night shift leader, he was very rude . That was very unpleasant and unacceptable. I was overall disappointed and embarrassed due to this situation of how he felt to talk to me in such a manner. The very next day I spoke with the store manager. She was previously notified by other employees of the situation. She remade my order for free. That was the correct thing to do. I have not been back to this location for food. I only come to purchase ice because I know I will not receive any problems with that. In the last 10 years, I have visited this location many times. And this is by far the worst experience I have had. And I have never had any bad experiences with this KFC until this time.

1 /5 Kamya: Full videos on TikTok @papimya 2/10 this location had the potential for just a few seconds and then they failed horribly. As you can see I enter the restaurant. The first day I entered there were 3 employees in total . I was provided good customer service, but it could have been better. Due to me being the ONLY customer inside and no one being in the drive thru. I received my food fast. The price would have been good if my food was good, but it was not. I received my order and left. As I am feeding my family I get to the bottom of the bucket and was not satisfied at all with the kitchen at the bottom but the chicken on top was great. My Mac and cheese seemed old and mixed around to look fresh. I came back the next day to let the same night shift manager know about my dissatisfaction with my order. He did not listen to me at all instead he took it upon himself to argue with me . I will not be returning anytime soon I do not recommend at all. Spend your money somewhere else like shorty’s

5 /5 Doug Brown: Great chicken , staff always friendly, restaurant was clean. Chicken is always superb. Always fresh and hot. Won’t hesitate to eat here again.

2 /5 Andrea Sante: 1st time here. Went thru drive thru. Ordered tenders. They were awful and dried out, they forgot to give us a fork for the cole slaw. The best part was the cole slaw and biscuit.
