Jacks Family Restaurant - Fort Oglethorpe (GA)

5 /5 Luke Huffman: Went through the drive-thru on a Friday. Service was great! First time ever going to a Jack’s. Burgers were very good, and the toppings tasted very fresh. No complaints!

5 /5 Jessica Martinez: The ladies at this store always make my experience enjoyable. Their customer service skills are great. They always make my good fresh. They always have smiles on their faces. I used to go to bojangles until I walked into jacks the first time. Now I come to jacks every morning.

5 /5 gene flegal: Tonight 12/10/25 at around 9:00. I went through the drive-thru. And their was an employee by the name of Cathy. I called home and said since they didnt want anything. That I was going to stop by Jacks. Well then they all wanted some. So I was trying to order and they were on the phone. And after I gave her the order they all changed their minds. So I had to reorder. Just when I was going to pay. They changed their minds again. Well this kept happening. But the Lady Cathy was fantastic. She never got upset or rude about it. I kept telling her that I was sorry. But I have never been treated as nice and understanding as she was. I kept thinking that I would have shut the window on me if I had been her. I hope that she is always at the drive-thru window when I come through. I dont think that I have ever seen a more polite employee as she was with all the pressure I was putting on her. Thank You Cathy. Jacks needs to make sure that they keep you.
