Jacks Family Restaurant - Cochran (GA)

4 /5 Bill Davis: Great customer service! We had lunch there today. The fries were hot, the burger was good and the bun wasn’t smashed like so many fast service restaurants, although a warm bun would have been nice. I know that staffing will probably go down after they get over the opening rush, but they did have adequate staffing

2 /5 Gods Chosen one: Walked in to place an order, stood there looking at the menu and then approached the counter to place my order. Two of the workers, one being a manager Im assuming because of her shirt, stood there like they didnt see me standing at the counter. After a few minutes of standing there and watching them whisper to each other and cut their eye at me, one of the girls asked if I was ready to place my order, and I said yes. I wanted fresh chicken because the employees was standing over the cooked chicken laughing talking, spitting, and no hair nets. I was told it would be 30 minutes for fresh chicken, I said ok. Chicken was ready in a little over 20 minutes. Biscuits was hard. Employees here is rude and management is not any better. Not very pleased with the visit. Went back the next day because I thought it was maybe me, but it was the same way. Nasty attitudes and rude!

3 /5 April Beaudoin: The food was really good, however the cashier was very rude. My friend ordered first, he wanted a combo meal and she rang him up for just a sandwich and got rude when he told her he wanted a meal. I stepped in and told her to ring him up a combo. As he is a very shy person. Next my other friend and I ordered and she was all smiles with us. However, they do not have the soft deink machine where customers can get refills. When I asked for my refill she gave me a dirty look. Then did the same when one of my friends asked for a refill. I told her that it is her job to care for customers, no need to give dirty looks when asked to do her job. Definitely will not be going back to the Jacks in Cochran. All of my friends that have been to that particular Jacks has said the staff was rude towards them.
