1 /5 Nat G: Unfortunately will not be back. This was one of my favorite places to go for lunch. Today I ordered a different rendition of the Bento box that I normally get. I ordere the chicken tempura only to later find out upon receiving the food, that it only came with two thin pieces of chicken, and the other 6 pieces are broccoli and sweet potato. The menu does not mention that while they give you a decent amount of chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu, they only give you two pieces of the chicken tempura. When we brought it up to the server and manager, their responses were “You didn’t ask how much chicken came with it” and “We’ve been open for 7 years, and no one has complained, what do you want me to do about it” in a very sarcastic and rude manner. I’ve had the chicken teriyaki and katsu for lunch, and it did not have added broccoli or sweet potato. Not sure if it’s a lunch vs. dinner change. The manager eventually took of $2.40 of the $16 meal made up of very little meat.
