Huddle House - Louisville (GA)

1 /5 Donald Morris: I stopped by at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon for lunch because I had a good experience there the previous day. This time was just awful. The waitress (middle aged white woman) was painfully slow. Getting a menu? Slow. Getting my glass of water? Slow. Taking my order? SLOW. Then she proceeded to spend at least 15 minutes playing with the register…and NEVER gave my order to the cook. I sat and watched the cook shift change and the new cook never lifted a finger to make my order. She needs help from someone because she was overwhelmed by all three customers in the restaurant. I left after wasting 20 minutes of my life and I might still be waiting for my food had I stayed. Avoid this place if possible.

1 /5 Donna Patton: We stopped at Louisville huddle house. We have visited many huddle house and always had great food. We have ate at the one in Wrens several times. We have ate at Gainesville one many times. I eat there bc I love what huddle house has to offers, and usually wonderful service and I love their menu. But this is the worst huddle house and the worst experience in any restaurant ever We arrived at 1127 and went inside and sit down at 1130. I know the time bc we are traveling back to Augusta to load up the 24 ft enclosed trailer. We always make trips up this way hunting and always stop at huddle house. Bc we only have 2 in augusta, they closed them all but 2 that I no of. One is a6cross tow

5 /5 Willie Mattie: Best place in town. I always love coming to this Huddle House. They have the best staff for miles around. Our server was delightful, friendly, helpful, fast, well put together and just incredible. The food was exceptional and delicious. It arrived at the table so quick and was exceptional and delicious. What a fantastic experience. The whole restaurant was so clean, well organized and smelled amazing. All of these wonderful qualities makes this place so cozy, comfortable and family friendly.

5 /5 Evan Blocker: Great experience at this Huddle House. They have an amazing new cook. Chris was the best. Mrs Mattie was our wonderful server. They were both so helpful, friendly, pleasant, enthusiastic and entertaining. I was so impressed. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. The whole store was so clean and well organized. We will be here every chance we get.

First off , we said Goodmorning, nothing in return ok I get it maybe your busy , there was only 2 people in the building and our group of 8 , both of the cooks started having a conversation with there customers and we were there waiting for 20 minutes , We felt completely discriminated as Hispanics , we weren’t rude , we weren’t loud , and we weren’t in any form of misconduct or annoyance , one of the cooks literally said “ they will be here till tommorow “ and proceeded to go to the bathroom while the other cook was having a conversation with a customer, my truly honest conversation don’t go to this place , there’s a McDonald’s 2 turns away that I can promise is way better
