1 /5 T. Hudson: I recently went to a birthday party at this establishment. One thing I can say good about the establishment is the waitress they was very helpful and friendly. Now outside of that everything else was horrible. When ordering my food, I never received all of my meal. The only thing I received was mine devil eggs and cornbread, that I also ordered some collard greens and fried green tomatoes because I am a vegetarian. The other guest that I was with receive Their Food 2 hours later. Now I do understand that they did have two other parties that was going on at the same time. But they also ran out of food that was for the guests I was with. I did see one person say this place is overpriced and I do agree. Because I paid $40 for some cornbread and deviled eggs. Now that is crazy, Im pretty sure the owner goes to say. Give them a call and they can make it better but I would never return to this establishment. I do not see establishment making it in the next 2 years.

5 /5 Robert Reardon: Myself and my wife decided to try a new restaurant for my birthday. Haystack is a lower cost menu inside the Decanter Chophouse. It is loaded with southern comfort foods at reasonable prices. I ordered the Peach BBQ Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries and White Cheddar Mac and Cheese. My wife ordered the Peach BBQ Chicken with Green Beans and Coarse Ground Cheese Grits. The Chicken was a 6~8 ounce boneless Chicken Breast flattened and very tender and flavorful. The Sweet Potato fries were medium cut with skin on and cinnamon-sugar seasoning. The Mac and Cheese was good but light on the cheese. The Green Beans were cooked just right with good flavor and a little bit of crunch. I consider myself a bit of a grits connesure and make them often at home but the coarse ground grits surpassed what I make. They were cooked well and fluffy with a full flavored cheese. We had the shareable Peach Cobbler. The portions were enough that we took go boxes home with us.

5 /5 Heather Cherry: We have been traveling through Albany for over 20 years on our way to our hunt camp and have NEVER ate at a better place! Service was great! Place was SUPER clean and fast service. Taisha was our waitress and super sweet and attentive. Definitely coming back! P.s the collard greens,fried chicken and ribs are off the chain!

5 /5 Jarvis Vaughn: Our Server Taisha (1st Job) was truly amazing and willing to learn in order to become a the best that she can be. ADEN The Bar Tender made the best Old Fashioned that I have had here in Albany Ga... I have to say his Old Fashioned is top 5 that I have ever had anywhere.
