5 /5 Derek Lipsey: We are on a road trip and we stopped at the Golden Pantry for snacks. We recently had fraud on one of our debit cards so we cut it off. When we went to the register my husband tried to pay with it on accident. We realized it was the wrong card so we went to the car to find our other card. When I was headed back in to pay, I saw the salesperson Gracie trying to slide her own card to pay for our items. I hurried over to her and hit the cancel button. I told her I couldn’t allow her to pay for us. She said she didn’t want us to go home empty handed. She is only 19 years old and is offering to pay for our snacks. She was very caring and sweet. She acted very professional as well. It’s a breath of fresh air to have good customer service.
