1 /5 Taron Everett: Customer service is good atmosphere was good. Food was okay. However, what I disagree with it if youre gonna sell sandwiches at lunch time you need to have condiments and if you do have the condiments, please do not charge the customers for condiments. I order a sandwich and asked for extra Mayonnaise. that were gonna charge me for the extra mayonnaise. Thats not good Customer service . I will not be coming back cause I do not support establishments that charge for condiments.

3 /5 Kei Henderson: The food was great with the exception of the mixed vegetables. Pretty sure they’re fermented which is fine if you like that but it wasn’t indicated on the menu that they were fermented. They’re pretty gross and smell old. Basically not edible. It’s almost like they’re selling old vegetables. Idk. Other than that; everything was fine and taste good.

Above and Beyond: Renees Kindness Today, I mistakenly ordered the wrong salads (my error!). I spoke with Renee and apologized for my confusion, asking if I could correct the order to my usual Southwest Salad with Salmon. Renee immediately shifted into "go mode," fixing my mistake quickly and with a bright smile, acting as if it were absolutely no bother. In a world of rushed transactions, Renees calm and helpful demeanor is a true gift. She is one of those team members who always greets me with a smile and has often helped me when I’m in a rush, exhausted, or just in need of a refreshing drink of water. What Renee doesnt know is that I often stop by after appointments at Emory Winship Hospital with one of my parents. The simple, quiet peace of knowing my order is correct—even when I make a mistake—and receiving a genuine "you are welcome" from her completely calms my day. A Fantastic Team Effort It’s not just Renee; Francisco, the Line Cook, also consistently offers a friendly greeting and a smile as customers come and go. Honestly, the entire team at this Decatur location is fantastic. While I may not remember everyone’s name, I am deeply appreciative of the little breath of peace and positive energy the whole team provides me between appointments. If you are coming for the food, you wont be disappointed, but the dedicated, friendly Team at Fresh to Order – Decatur is truly what sets this location apart. They make a genuine difference.

It’s a fantastic spot for a group because there was something delicious for everyone, including my daughter and friend. Whatever you do, make sure to grab an apple cinnamon lemonade—it’s a must-try!

5 /5 Duane Johnson: The new Manager Kevin has really turned the service around here. Today was the first time my family and I had someone check on us during our meal. We had stopped coming here because of the down rurn in food in service. But because of Kevin we will definitely be back. The chicken tenders were very flavorful and hot! The Asian Tuna Salad was arranged very well, best presentation Ive had!
