This was my second time eating here, and while the first visit was great, my recent visit was disappointing. The burger was fine, and I enjoyed the onion rings until I got to the last one. When I bit into it, something was off. I opened it up and discovered it was undercooked. Given my sensitive stomach, this was quite unsettling.
When I called to express my concerns, I made it clear that I was not looking for a replacement, as I had already eaten everything except my ice cream. However, the manager I spoke with—whose name I didn’t catch—responded in a dismissive manner, saying something like, “I’m sorry to hear that, thanks for the review.” This response is unacceptable for a restaurant that I thought might provide a better experience. I had hoped to find a new favorite place, but now Im left feeling very disappointed.
