1 /5 Fabian Fonguin: This was my first time stopping here to eat, and honestly it left me with a bad impression.
I would like to explain what happened:
First, I stopped to have lunch, but I also use that time to work on documents for my construction business—I make payments, deposits, send emails, etc.
I kindly asked if they could help me with the WiFi since there is no signal inside. The waitress told me she didn’t know, so I asked to speak with the manager to see if she could help me for just a couple of minutes while my order was being prepared.
The manager told me, quite rudely, to go outside to get signal. Then she gave me more excuses, saying her daughter was the one who knew about the WiFi and that I should go ask at the register.
I simply mentioned that it didn’t seem right, since she works there and should know more about it than I do.
On top of that, the tortillas were very cold and fell apart, and the meat didn’t have good seasoning.
My plan to return with my family and continue eating here ended on this very first visit.
P.S. I hope you take this matter into consideration.
Nowadays we all depend on good communication and on receiving a respectful, polite treatment from staff.
The time I could have spent — or we could have spent — dining inside was lost due to the lack of proper attention.
