2 /5 Ken: Our party of four came on a Thursday night about 6:30. The restaurant was busy, but by no means crowded. I noticed on the way in the health department score was 92, a little lower than I like to see, but still in the acceptable range.
All service was slow, really slow. The waitress was slow to get drink orders, slow to bring the drinks, slow to take our food order. Our food was slow to come out, and refills were not coming. The check would have been slow, but there is an electronic payment kiosk on the table so the waitress couldn’t hold that up. Of note, two in our party got a cup of soup as an appetizer. The soup was brought out with no spoons. We had to ask three different waitresses before someone would bring spoons to eat the soup.
It wasn’t just our table. When we left at 7:50 there was a party beside us that had been there when we arrived, and though they had their appetizers, they still did not have their meals. They clearly had more patience than we had, I would have long left. Slow is one thing, forgotten is another.
