5 /5 Diana Fursov: Rachel is the best! My daughter and I stopped by for some lunch today and had the best experience. The food was good, but the service was great. Rachel was patient while my 7 year old ordered her food herself. Of course changing her mind at least twice while making her final decision. It was a little busy but Rachel kept a smile on her face through it. Never once rushing my daughter. Its the little things that make a difference and that small act of kindness set up the rest of the experience for perfection. For anyone who reads this ask for Rachel when you come in!

5 /5 Alex Blake: I’ve been going to Chili’s for lunch more times than I care to admit. After watching that Wall Street Journal video about how they’re taking on fast food, I had to see for myself. Now I’m hooked. For under fifteen bucks, I get an appetizer, a drink, a legit burger with fries, and still have enough left to leave a good tip. Try doing that at a drive thru without crying. The staff is quick, friendly, and somehow never judges me for showing up again. Chili’s, you’ve got me. I’m not even mad about it.

1 /5 Michael Bishop: Order food for delivery did not recieve one of the burgers on my order called restaurant and was hung up on initially and had to call back 2nd time never was able to speak with manager guy on phone then told me it was left off and I could come get it or get my money back. Asked for money back due to being sick and reason had delivered in first place. He then put me on hold so he could find his manager. He came back and took my name and number said I would be credited back in 15 minutes was never able to speak to manager. I got charged for the full order, the food we got was good but service was awful.

5 /5 Mary: Last night sat at bad. After a very long day at work. My husband and I had great service from Amanda. Food was the hottest best food I have ever had at a chilis. Like seriously I couldn’t stop eating it because it was so good. You can tell that the managers running this place care. Because the service is great, everyone is friendly and the food was on point. Place was clean also.
