5 /5 Erin G: I got a to go order for lunch today and was very impressed! The chicken nuggets were lovely and the sweet tea was perfect. If I wasnt from many many states away I would be here a ton. And the two girls working were both really sweet. I also like their sauce containers! I bet they could be reused.

I make sure that I drop in each and every time that I visit my in-laws in Pelham, GA. Im a seafood junkie and whether its the crispy, flakey tilapia or the mouth watering shrimp, I know Im in great hands! The food is always piping hot and your order is packed with precision. They offer a wide range of side dishes and beverages and the lunch and dinner specials ensure you get the maximum bang for your buck. Ive talked myself up an appetite! Im already planning my next visit and I know the first place Ill be pulling up to! "Chicken Trax...save some of that fish and shrimp for me!!!"

1 /5 Andrew Knight: Normally I receive good service, but the lady at the window had an attitude. I asked for fresh fries couldnt get that. There wasnt anything fresh on my plate. My food wasnt even warm. The chicken was hard to chew. I paid 15$ for some bs. Asked for extra napkins, she said theyre in your plate, they were greasy from the chicken.

1 /5 Chimere Sweet: I gave 1 star due the prices, lack of empathy, and customer service. The food is always good but on yesterday I paid $38.77 for 8 pieces of chicken with fries, 3 drinks, and 1 order of okra. Honestly the prices are insane. However, there was a very long strand of hair in the chicken. When I called to inform them of the issue they missed the opportunity to apologize for their error. I live out of town but Ive been there plenty of times before and recall seeing workers without hair nets but more concerned with the loose hair as they work with the food. So Im not surprised this happened. But my reason for the call was to ensure they knew of the issue so that its addressed with the workers but instead they told me to bring the chicken back and theyll replace it. Not to sound mean, but I dont want anymore of your food. Accountability and an apology would have saved me as a customer. I do not recommend this place.
