4 /5 W C: Cheddar’s offers a cozy, home-style kitchen vibe with food that’s both tasty and reasonably priced. Great value for the portions. However, the service for our larger party was just okay—nothing terrible, just a bit off(slow with service) It felt like our server might have needed a little help or backup. Still, the food made up for the minor hiccup but it would be nice to have your beverage at least by the time your food arrives to the table...

1 /5 KayKay: I’m usually very happy with my food here. However yesterday (Saturday) the food , service and wait time was awful. We had to wait 30 minutes. I should have known it would be hectic. Waited 30 minutes for a table, got seated in the back, server was very slow with bringing drinks. Didn’t bring any refills. It was very noisy. We were seated next to a big party with many screaming kids. I ordered the steak medium well and it was well done. Very tough and hard to chew. I didn’t send it back because we had already waited a long time to get the food. My son had a bacon cheese burger and they gave bacon bits. My loaded baked potato was dry, all the topping was on the outside of the potato, barely opened the potato. Our maui drink wasn’t frozen it was watered down like it had been sitting. I left very disappointed.

4 /5 Christopher Thomas: Overall not bad at all. The food was pretty good and Cheddars always have good prices. We had about a 30 min wait on a Sunday afternoon. Not too bad! The service was good overall. The appetizer which was the onion rings, was out pretty quick but the main course was out somewhat slow. Let me tell you, it took a minute for the entrée! Me and my significant other was like here we go again! We ate at a Cheddars in North Carolina, near Asheville, and the server absolutely forgot about us! We didnt get food from that Cheddars that night. Once, that we had everything, the food tasted good! The shrimp and beer battered fish was tasty and had a great crunch to it. The rice felt under done as I was eating it! Now, the Mens bathroom was absolutely disgusting! It smelled horrible! They need a dedicated person or two to stay on top of that! That shouldnt be happening in a restaurant setting! I also as I was walking past the kitchen entrance and that was nasty too! There was all kinds of debris on the floor! They need to tighten up on the cleanliness!

1 /5 James R: Took the family there before Christmas for lunch and the soda machines werent working so we settled on lemonade that was bitter, not sweet at all. My brother got a ribeye and it was bleeding all over the place although he ordered it medium well. On top of this our party of four was sat near the bar where people pick up their to go orders so we had to endure people coming in and out that side door and staring at us while we ate. Cheddar wasnt crowded and we could of easily been sat in another part of the restaurant. I saw numerous booths open throughout the place. Overall this is the WORST Cheddars experience we ever had and wont be coming back. Cheddars used to be good, but it has gone down hill over the years. We stopped going, but decided to give it a try and it still disappointed. Theyll never get our business anymore. The ONLY good thing I can say is our waitress was very good and sweet so, even though the restaurant was horrible, I still gave her a good tip. Not her fault this Cheddars has hit rock bottom.

5 /5 Jacklynn Sparks: Wow wow wow the amount of food for the price was amazing restaurant was clean and very nice I loved the lime honey dressing it was so good the half of ribs my son got was a huge plate just right for a hungry 17 year old. Great staff very friendly
