2 /5 Keith Reeves: This is my honest opinion of this Captain Ds on my date of visit 4/05/25. Your opinion may differ. I went inside to place my order to go. The drive thru was not moving. I figured I could get my food faster by going inside. It took over 10 minutes just to place my order, even though there were only three people ahead of me. The lady that took my order was very nice and professional. It was obvious that they were having MAJOR issues with the kitchen staff. I was craving Captain Ds. I havent been to this location in over a year. After my order was placed, it took them 37 minutes just to get a simple order of fish and fries. Several customers walked out of this establishment because they didnt want to wait on getting their order taken. The lady working the register actually locked the front doors and told customers that they needed to come back later because they were not taking anymore orders, until the kitchen could catch up. I dont know what the problem was in the kitchen, but people were leaving Captain Ds and going across the street to Sharks. They were busy but not so busy that people were waiting almost an hour just to get their food. Whomever owns this restaurant needs to spend more time overseeing the operation. It is called fast food for a reason. The inside of the restaurant was extremely hot. The lady at the register was having to fan herself with a sales sign. It was in the upper 80s outside and felt like a 100 degrees inside, with the sun blazing through the windows. The food was just okay and not worth waiting almost an hour to get. This restaurant needs some serious management attention before they lose all their customers!
