4 /5 Glenda: I dont know why, but fast food made in another town just hits differently. I was traveling by bus through South Georgia. The bus driver was supposed to give us a 25-minute break in Warner Robins but decided to stop at the Loves gas station in Cordele, GA.
This was a good choice because Loves is a nice station, clean with a lot of variety and it also has a Bojangles attached to it. My first impression was that it was new, modern, and very clean.
There was a short line when I arrived. I order some chicken tenders, fries, and iced tea. I also ordered dirty rice and a peach cobbler. The cashier was cheerful. That is rare in fast food. I found a table to wait for my food. There was an electrical outlet the same height as the table. This was a win because I could charge my phone quickly while I ate my food.
They called my name to pick up my food. The food was piping hot literally. I could barely eat it because it needed to cool. I really appreciated that. The food was so good, especially the tenders and biscuits. I saved most of it for the next day. I reheated it in the air fryer. All was good.
