5 /5 Christopher Pickren: Fantastic and creative cuisine from a long experienced chef with plenty of accolades to show, but wont -- down to earth people, always friendly, always having a good time. Personally, the mouth watering Bistro Bison Burger is my go-to lunch and all of the sides are delicious. Rarely a wait, especially if you call in (which I usually do). If you havent yet, give Bistro 1188 a go, youll be happy you did.

5 /5 Holden Kemp: First timer. Had heard good things and went for lunch. Food was great and presented nicely. Good variety of options. Menu prices are by far the best in town for the quality of food you receive. Will definitely come back and try out more of the menu. Today we had the Korean tacos, steak bowl, and pulled pork sandwich. All of which were excellent. - I would like to see a dinner service. Id come for dinner.
