1 /5 Oriana Dìaz: I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Biba’s Italian Restaurant was unacceptable from start to finish.
First, the place was noticeably unclean, which was already concerning. Then, when I arrived to pick up my to-go order, the manager, Ana, told me they didn’t have any silverware available and suggested that I should “go to Kroger and get some myself.” I found this extremely unprofessional.
When I checked the food, things only got worse. The pizza was extremely salty, to the point of being inedible, and my kids’ food was actually rotten. I had no choice but to return to the restaurant to ask for a refund.
Instead of apologizing or even acknowledging the issue, the manager Ana was rude, dismissive, and refused to give me a refund despite the clearly spoiled food.
This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone until they improve their cleanliness, food quality, and management.
