5 /5 niki gh: We had a great experience at Baja Coop in Dalton! The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We ordered the fried avocado, lime pepper wings, and a bowl with spicy shrimp. The fried avocado was absolutely top notch—crispy, flavorful, and definitely a must-try! Everything was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for tasty food.

5 /5 JJ: I have to eat gluten free and avoid cross contact, so, I always tell them when I order. They have a dedicated fryer, so chips are safe and yummy and the queso is great, too. Ive had the grilled Cajun fish tacos, also- delicious. The grilled chicken rice and bean bowl is good. Ive had the steak and queso fries as well and theyre pretty good, but not as good as the other stuff Ive had. Our server told me the bone-in wings are gf, too.

5 /5 Vincent Caggiano: The kitchen is just a tad slow, but thats a small price to pay for the quality of the food. Fish tacos, wings, corn, fried avocado, all excellent. Never a bad meal. Service polite and attentive, atmosphere js comfortable. Overall experience A+.

Portions were solid and hit the spot for a midday meal. Service was friendly and quick, making it an easy and enjoyable lunch stop. While the wings weren’t mind-blowing, they were definitely satisfying, and the great service makes this a place I’d come back to again.

5 /5 Mrs. Torres: This was my first time eating here. We sat outside and enjoyed the weather. The customer service was exceptional! Our waiter was very attentive! I ordered the lemon pepper wings and they were ok. They could be fried a little more because they were still a little pink and they didn’t have enough flavor. The fried avocados were really good, I do recommend that.
