5 /5 KThunder: Food was great and the two guys on staff were more than awesome. I especially loved the apple pie shake. Too bad its a limited time item.

1 /5 Joey Reagin: Went tonight to Arbys in Hazlehurst Ga, I ordered a double cheddar and roast beef and a roast beef sandwich and was told they only had enough roast beef for one sandwich. How does a restaurant not have enough of the main item their restaurant sells. Cancelled my order and went elsewhere.

2 /5 Keith Plott: Stopped in on Sunday July 27 at 7:43 pm told the little girl we wanted a 1 pound and a regular beef and cheddar sandwich, sliced thin please. She actually ask me to repeat that request. Also ordered potato cakes which tasted like old oil a very greasy. They also did not trim our roast beef which was dry and very unappetizing! We had to throw our disgusting meal in the trash. What has happened to Arby’s? They used to care. Wake up people! We will not be back!

1 /5 Justin Rachel Altman: Paid for 2 milkshakes and no one in restaurant knew how to make them so girl called her mama cause she said she was manager. Still no one to make milkshakes. So after trying to get 2 milkshakes with a coupon we finally had to beg to get our coupon back no apologies no milkshakes.
