1 /5 Mystery Jen: I went here, July 23 through the drive-through and ordered my daughter some food, first of all the service was terrible the women there were extremely rude and way too old to be acting that way, When they handed us our food, they started laughing and shut the window. Pretty sure they were racist or something and knew they gave us bad food. My daughter opened her two containers of mac & cheese, which is usually very good and fresh But that time it was very nasty and old looking, she could even turn them upside down and squeeze the cup and nothing would even come out Definitely not edible I have emailed corporate several times about this. I’m trying to get my refund back that they promised me and I have not yet gotten it. Beware whenever you go to this location, especially if these women are still there Arby’s, please do better On the staff, you hire because this is ridiculous The service and the food is terrible. I won’t be back.

5 /5 Hook Family: My husband and I came here for lunch. Tameka was awesome, she was very polite and knew what she was doing. But, the BEST PART she helped us save money on our lunch. I would highly recommend coming here when she is here.

4 /5 Wanderingspiritwood: Never had a bad experience friendly staff but I order a 4 for 10 roast beefs along with a French dip.meal was not good got home French dip meal bread stale no frys and warter down soda the 4 for 10 was good but I was the only customer at the counter how you forget frys and why your French dip bread stale and your soda warter down and the tea soured it not worth spending money anymore eating out I give up on Madison resterants not telling Noone not to stop here just my experience

1 /5 Rebecca Roberts: Service was fine. Food was almost inedible. Had a regular roast beef with cheese sandwich and it sat in my stomach like a rock. The fries were okay. Sub par quality on everything. Sad because I haven’t been to Arby’s in years and wanted to like it.

4 /5 Richart DeSunderbach: Ashley took my order to go. She has a very friendly and professional attitude. My order was ready before I had time to fill the large tea. A clean dining room and restroom.
