Arbys - Baxley (GA)

1 /5 jr keim: I purchased 3 sandwiches. 1 classic, 1 double, and 1 half pound roast beef, and 1 large order of cutlet fries. I got 4 Arby’s sauces and 2 horsey sauces. I asked for a couple more and was very rudely told no I could not have any more sauce, which I would have paid for (shouldn’t have to I just spent $23 and I can’t get 2 cent packet of sauce). I understand cutting costs, but that’s ridiculous! As I was 3 miles down the road I realized that They did not give me my fries either! Looked for the receipt to go back and get them, no receipt, shocker! So here I am eating a dry sandwich with no fries, lesson learned.

1 /5 Candi & David Everett: Drive-thru staff member was extremely rude and short with us. I asked if I could add on two orders of jalapeno bites once I got to the window, no one behind me in line. Staff told me they could not add on at the window which is understandable, but then proceeded to pull me to the door to await my order.

3 /5 Sandra Hendrickson: Went thru drive thru and had to wait probably 15 min. Very slow. Food was fair at best.

1 /5 William B: Update: Unfortunately, this branch of Arbys has decided to not open for breakfast on Sundays, which is the only time I usually go there. Sure, I will miss eating breakfast there on Sundays on my way to work, but thankfully Hardees remains open Sunday mornings as usual. Been open for an hour and already the best Fast Food restaurant in Baxley, GA. Everyone should try their delicious Jamocha Shake! Some of the best fries that go great with it too.
