1 /5 Scott Pitts: As a former server, I always try to give grace to restaurants whenever I give a review. It was busy in downtown Dahlonega tonight so we decided to walk over to 7pie. The seater sat us very quickly and was very very nice, The server came over, took our drink order and food order. She brought our drinks back to us and then pretty much ignored us for the next 50 minutes while we waited for our pizzas to be brought out. I actually flagged down the server who seated us and asked her to find out what was going on and was told that our pizzas were in the oven and we would be out next. Once we got our pizzas, they were almost raw and the toppings just slid off of them. The server then stopped by our table and asked us how we were doing. I told her that the pizza was under done, the toppings were sliding off of it and that we weren’t happy with the lack of service we received so far. She said she would go get the manager, then came back a few minutes later and told us that the manager was busy in the kitchen, trying to help the back of the house get caught up but said the manager was going to give us a discount on our pizzas. I told her that was not good enough, especially after having to wait for 50 minutes and basically being ignored for the entire time and that we were not gonna pay for these pizzas since we didn’t eat them. A few minutes later, the server came out and said that the manager would take care of everything. Well, that was kind of the manager to do that, but the manager herself should’ve come out on the floor and spoke to us instead of having the server do it. Will not go back to that place ever again.
