Joshua Huff EDIT: I received a phone call from one of the local mangers and an apology. She also gave me direct phone number so I can avoid dealing with anyone at their call center. This means a lot to me, I prefer to speak to someone locally when it comes to anything involving my money. Previous: I called this morning to get money wiring info for my attorneys office... After waiting on hold for 15min... I was told "tell them to just call the wiring line" than hung up on...! Ill take my money somewhere else

Marissa Luke I banked at this location as a teenager when they were Southern Bank and Trust and recieved superb service. I just recently opened an account back up. Barbara Hall was incredibly helpful and the rest of the staff was amazing especially since we are from out of town and we broke down with only our stimulus check after hanging my husbands wallet stolen.
