You could feel Holy Spirit in praise and worship, anointed preaching from the pulpit and church members who treated us like family... If you are looking for a church home in Jasper Ga, I would recommend you stop in and worship with Gods people at Encounter Life Church.

S Riner I was looking for a teaching church for years and this is it. You are free to ask questions and have conversations. The congregation is small and friendly but not overbearing. I have learned a lot in the few weeks I have been there. The Wednesday night service is very informative too. We also have a Women’s group on Tuesday mornings that meet and they come from different churches in the community. The women share and have a lot of knowledge to help you with your studies. Great church family.

Betty Thompson If you are looking for a place to take your family look no further. First Baptist Church of Jasper is amazing and the Childrens Ministry is awesome. I was visiting from Iowa and tookthmy grandchildren to the Happy Birthday Jesus Party for Kindergarten through 6th grade. We loved it!

Jennifer Foster Deacon Jim Bishop was amazing at my fathers service today. I was lost and confused and thought the Georgia Veterans cemetery provided Clergy. They did not. Living in Atlanta, it was too late for his Catholic church to provide services. Deacon Jim, with the help of Cathy the Secretary, eased my mind and took over everything. I am forever grateful. I know my dad will rest easy now. Beyond Blessed is an understatement.

Cathy The 40 acre campus has 4 wooded walking trails. All public, entrance is behind church. In the parking lot you will see a kiosk. The trails circle a lake, and there are benches for quiet reflection. A great place to hike near Jasper. Read about the history at the kiosk. . Amazing!
