5 /5 Brooklan Gameros: Absolutely loved this hotel. CLEAN!! The workers are pleasantly nice!! Ms.Kimmie helped me with picking my room! She was very patient with me outgoing and friendly! Any time I came in she would greet me before I could even get to her desk/ very lovely lady. If you think it’s pricey I promise it’s worth it. I’m happy that I was comfortable staying here. Other hotels doesn’t feel as safe. The best hotel in Columbus GA. Not to mention the location, I had absolutely no issues or complaints. Thank you to everyone & Ms.Kimmie!!

5 /5 Danno Singleton: I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Columbus, Georgia, and it was a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by the hotel’s modern and vibrant decor, which perfectly captured the local culture and history of Columbus. The staff at the front desk greeted me warmly and made the check-in process quick and easy, setting a positive tone for my stay. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a plush bed, a cozy sitting area, and a well-equipped bathroom. The large windows allowed plenty of natural light, and the views of the city were a nice bonus. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary bottled water and the coffee station. The hotels location is fantastic—within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and attractions. I had a wonderful time exploring the nearby Riverwalk, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll or a bike ride. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant and the rooftop bar. The menu offered a range of delicious options and gorgeous views from the rooftop. I was traveling for business and left a very important business tool behind by mistake. Steven, who is one of the Managers, found the item and quickly contacted me to notify me of this mistake. Victor, who is another manager, contacted me to get all my information to get this item mailed back to me. These managers went above and beyond to make sure I received this essential item. I cant express my gratitude enough to them for going above and beyond to make sure this item was returned to me. Im a firm believer that people in leadership roles have to lead by example. Steven and Victor demonstrated this, and I believe this is a big reason why all the staff members I came in contact with were polite, accommodating, respectful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. Thank you, Steven and Victor. Overall, my experience at Hotel Indigo in Columbus was wonderful—the combination of friendly service, stylish accommodations, and a prime location made for a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

5 /5 Jamelle Chavez: We had such a great time!!! All the staff made us feel right at home. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel welcomed (Mercedes, the valet staff, the bartender on the rooftop bar, security at the upstairs bar on Friday night, and the lady that checked us in) they all provided outstanding customer service. My wife and I already have been talking about if we was to ever come back, this will be the hotel we’re gonna stay in and we will also be looking for this hotel chain for future trips. Thank you so much for making our short trip that much pleasant.

5 /5 Venisee-Gardner Archibald Mashakii (Mia): Easily one of Columbus’s best, upscale lodging options. The staff welcomed us, beginning with Valet parking, and then an easy check in at the Front Desk. The river view from our King room was absolutely spectacular, especially at night! From past years of experience with the beautiful hotels my hubby has surprised me with, I knew from the pictures and the reviews, he’d be surprised and pleased. We were in town for a very special family celebration and I decided to reserve our stay here. The hotel offers two restaurant/bar options, Denim & Oak, as well as EIghteen85 Rooftop Bar + Kitchen. Yes, the food and drinks were delicious. We will definitely stay again.

5 /5 Amy Smith: I absolutely love this hotel, the location, the rooftop bar and restaurant. Hotel Indigo Columbus is my go to for hotels when in the area. The rooms are well appointed, clean and modern. The staff have been professional and helpful. My guy, Wilkah is a stand out professional. He works hard,professional and works well with his team. All of the staff show the same enthusiasm and professionalism. The hotel is situated on the river and what a beautiful view from my room, rooftop and outdoor pool and patio. I will continue to return here when in the area.
