Classes are beginner friendly and there is an emphasis on meeting your wherever you are in your yoga journey while continuing to challenge you. Highly encourage giving them a visit.

Sandra Gibbs The 24Seven gym located by Lowes in Vidalia is great! I was staying at the American Inn, and you get free access to this gym and I was very impressed! I was just happy to see a squat rack but the entire gym is really nice and clean. The have everything! Squat rack (only one, but hey), cable machines, fully racked dumbbells, treadmills, tons of machines and tanning beds. The only thing I would say, is that I wish they had more cleaning stations throughout the gym so I didnt have to keep walking to the front door for the spray and napkins.. but other than that, this is a really great gym. I will be contacting the owner for future visits to see if I can drop in when I visit family again.
