Precious Hall I vsited this place a few weeks ago while I was in town on a business trip. I needed to get my steps in and decided I’ll try this place out. I read the reviews before I came and people around me said I could potentially meet celebrities there. So I was like oh yeah I’m going!!! Long story short, when I walked in the facility was clean and you can smell the cleanliness in the air as if someone just finished cleaning. I was greeted by a tall, brown skinned, bearded, sexy man, and he was so professional and spoke very well may I add. He made sure I found everything ok. He walked around the gym checking on his customers. He was very alert and showed good sportsmanship towards his coworkers. I asked him what’s his name I think he said Cameron or Cameron but he said you can call me Cam for short. I started blushing. I wanted to call him daddy but I knew I was doing too much and was going too far lol. But great dude with great manners!

Ty A I’m from out of town but was able to take a class here using my F45 passport privileges. This studio is AMAZING!!! I just took my first class with Allen and it was great time. When I first walked in, I immediately noticed how clean and beautiful the space was. Allen checked me in and was incredibly kind and patient and took his time to show me around and explain a bit about their studio which I appreciated. They have lockers and showers available for patrons to use. The class itself was great. I’ve been a member of F45 for years, but my home studio is in Jersey. They play great music and Allen was a great coach and kept the energy up throughout the class. I’m so glad I stopped by. I’ll be back! Try them out, you won’t regret it!

Taylor Jones I been coming here for 3 months and I absolutely love Be Health Conscious. My Trainer is Matt Bailey and he is absolutely the best. He is proficient at what he does and has this workout thing down to a science. The overall gym is upbeat and pushes everyone to be their best. Definitely would recommend anyone t serious about their goals to lock in and come here.

Jennifer Kennon Carla Fields is a professional fitness trainer who motivates by teaching me how to perform each exercise to get the maximum results. She is engaging and encouraging. She keeps classes interesting and challenging. Never a dull moment! So thankful I found her class!!!

Lauren Bucci The most fun you’ll have while doing cardio! KJs are amazing on the joints. My muscles feel sore the next day, but my joints are never painful! Lawanda is a great, high energy instructor. You’ll be hooked!

cindy pennington The Intown Retreat is a beautiful space with excellent yoga teachers, a lovely community room with comfy seating and complimentary teas and waters. The sauna and cold plunge with showers are clean and a wonderful addition to the yoga. I’m so happy I found this amazing studio/retreat- the classes are varied and feel welcoming to all levels. Highly recommend! Come out and support this gem in Decatur!

Simon Robson Great facility offering something for all ages from childcare to lap swimming. Staff is very friendly, patient and informative. Pool activities are well scheduled and you can even reserve a lane for swimming laps. Membership is by the month with no contract. Stop by or go on-line to see the full list of offerings. Parking is adequate, but if it’s busy your first workout could be getting to the front door.

Jim Smith I go to Joes Gym 5 times a week, for both 1on1 and group sessions. I have gained strength and flexibility. The sessions are fun and Joe keeps the atmosphere light and enjoyable. Definitely not the place for the heavy metal lifters, but most folks arent. Though, the flexibility he teaches would greatly help a heavy lifter avoid injuries.
