Cody Richelderfer Definitely dont recommend, I was a cash buyer for some property that we closed on well over 3 months ago and I still never received my deed from them. They wrote the mailing address wrong when they sent it to me and have seemingly washed their hands of doing anything to rectify it. Now no responses from them and no deed for my property. Very unprofessional place to do business with.

Trevorey Childers This was the worst experience of my life, I paid $3750.00 just to get paperwork done. I still can’t see my child, the legitimation wasn’t done or DNA test but wanted me to spend $3000 more when the child support office offered me a DNA test for $40 if I just would have put myself on child support. I turned it down thinking a lawyer would help but it was a waste. So fathers if your dealing with a mother that’s fighting against your legitimation you will lose thousands of dollars using this law firm just to be in the same situation you was in before you paid them. I asked to get paperwork to go to child support court with on my own and they said I have to have an appointment to get paperwork printed. This was a real joke…I will never waste money like this again.

ReallyRodReally I was suggested to Mr. Sedghi after having difficulty with the aftermath of an automobile accident, the insurance company was uncooperative, couldnt get a police report and on top of that my shoulder and back was injured. Kurt Van Hoy I was in an automobile accident in August 2021. I received a very agreeable settlement in August 2025 (to the tune of five times more than an initial offer following the event). While some may wonder what took so long (medicine and healing isnt always quick), I can honestly say it was handled in a timely and professional manner at every step by David Mann and his firm. Despite physical recovery and mental frustration I knew my lawyer was on my side and looking after my needs. At every step, from introductions to deposition to settlement, I was treated as a priority and looked after with a personal caring and understanding. I cannot vouch for the big name firms, but there is something to be said for local service and community members looking after each other. Im hoping I never have to leave another review for something like this, but should I need to I will be contacting David again. The big teams are fantastic I am sure, but I dont need them as Mann Law Firm is my go-to in the Macon area.

Our case took about 3 years and they were there every step of the way. Lars fought for us and got our charges dropped from doing up to 20 years down to 5 years probation. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Carol Menke My experience started out great. The personnel seemed very knowledgeable and proceeded to get started on our estate and trust case(s) that had to be resolved. However, we reached a stalling point where we were told in October that from that point everything should move quickly and we should have everything resolved quickly. No communication at all since October. I called and emailed in December with a response that someone would get back with me within a week. Now it is the end of January and I emailed a week ago asking for update, finally get a call today from someone who wants to schedule an appointment two weeks from now but cannot really give me any info on status of my case and how much longer it will be before everything is resolved with the estate & trust. Very poor communication and follow-up.
