Randall Spencer I used this firm and it was a major mistake. I spent 43k. My first Attorney went out on medical (understanding). The owner then took over my case and a few days before court she told me that she was out of town and assigned me another Attorney to my case that was absolutely clueless about the situation. I felt alone in court. They sent me an additional bill after court for over 7k. Horrible experience! The 2nd star is only because they send emails. Thumbs down big time to this firm. ALL they want is your money. They just go through the motions to rip you off.

kenneth daniels I was moving to a new job and lost everything due to an accident I had in February of this year it is now august I was thinking guardians law would get a decent payout i bumped and bruised my leg which I got shot in years ago which still hurts i hurt my arm neck and back also which still gets sore to this day I got a call and guardian law said geico is only offering me 14,000 which after the counter offer it came out to 17,000 I thought i was gonna c the whole 17,000 so I asked to make sure she said I was only gonna c 1400 and I was blew im not a lawyer or anything like that but I believe if I had enough money I could open up a law firm for accidents and do better then what they did for me….

David Dillard My Nephew had 26 felony charges pending against him in Clayton County. I hired Mr. Vernon Smith and my nephew ended up with only one misdemeanor and a few months probation. I have no idea why there no other reviews here for Mr. Smith as he is a talented, smart and excellent attorney. He went from the calm gentleman in his office to a fierce attorney in the court room. Before hiring Mr. Smith, I prayed about it, as we had several other attorneys on a list to speak with, but once I got to him God told me the search was over. Ive dealt with numerous attorneys over my life span, Mr. Vernon Smith is one of, if not the best Ive ever hired. If you need a good attorney, affordable that will fight for your rights, call him. The system aint no joke.

Angel Rodriguez Mr. Keith is an amazing attorney who has helped my parents in so many ways. My parents retained Mr. Keiths firm when they found out an attorney they previously retained in Atlanta filed an asylum claim on their behalf. As many people may know, asylum claims must be filed within the first year you arrive in the United States. However, the previous attorney gave my parents unethical advise and had them believe they qualified for this benefit simply by proving at least 10 years of residence in the United States. My parents have been in the United States for more than 24 years so the attorney shouldnt have filed this claim for something he knew they did not qualify for. Because of my parents previous attorney, my parents now face removal proceedings. Since Mr. Keith took my parents case, he has helped them in every way possible to resolve their immigration matters. I highly recommend Mr. Keith for anyone who needs representation in their immigration and/or criminal matters!

Lidia Vazquez After my U Visa couldnt be approve by the county through one of the most known law firms in the state of Georgia a couple of friends recommended me to Attorney Keith Wood. During my consultation I was told that the other attorney who took my case sent the case to the wrong place and thats why it wasnt approved the first time. He went ahead and submitted to the correct place and within a couple of months my U Visa was approved by the county and we where able to submit the application to USCIS. We have already gotten our biometrics taken and now we are just waiting for USCISs response. Im very glad I took my case to them. The whole staff is very helpful and friendly. They take the time to answer to all of your questions and concerns.

Sophia I have been waiting since June 2023 for any kind of update from Jillian Todd, and she has completely disregarded me as a client. She does not return calls for months, and the only way I can get any information is through her receptionist—who can only do so much. She doesn’t follow up with insurance adjusters, and I have yet to see any progress on my case. At this point, I can’t even say if this is about money because I’ve never seen a check. The lack of communication and professionalism is unbelievable. The only reason her name is even recommended might be because of her father, but that does nothing for her actual clients. If you’re considering hiring her, don’t—you’ll get farther fighting your claim yourself. Jillian, if you see this, call me back. Couldn’t be more disappointed in the situation, I sustained an injury and didn’t get the help that I deserved because of her.

Me Me Actually I do not hate the place however I live in a state that is closed down due to COVID-19 and could not get a document for probate matter notarized. Made them aware that I would not contest the will of a relative and made them aware that we were on mandate lockdown and they sent Sherriff out to serve all parties who did not return the notarized letter. I being out of town was served via mail per the law office when I called. If noone responded to the letters keep it moving noone is contesting just keep it moving.Since we are in the middle of a Pandemic you should consider other methods to obtain what you need. Consider a virtual video. Just saying.

Mr. & Mrs. Ray I initially sought out this law firm to represent my husband in a criminal case where I was the victim. While they initially welcomed my cooperation as a witness, their approach shifted dramatically once I voiced concerns about their handling of the case. I was deeply disturbed when the attorney representing my husband openly dismissed the severity of his actions, even though they constituted a crime. Their lack of empathy and failure to hold their client accountable for his behavior was shocking and unprofessional. I was further alarmed by their attempts to shift blame onto me, the victim, and their disregard for the emotional and psychological impact of my husbands actions. Fast forward a year later, and this same firm advised my husband to file a TPO against me, resulting in my displacement from our shared home. This action felt like a direct retaliation for my previous criticism and a blatant attempt to silence me. I strongly caution any woman considering this firm for assistance with domestic matters. They prioritize their clients interests, even when those interests involve further victimization. Their lack of concern for the potential consequences of their actions is alarming. I deeply regret recommending this firm to my husband. Their advice and actions have only escalated an already volatile situation. If youre facing domestic issues, please seek out a firm that prioritizes your safety and well-being, not one that engages in victim-blaming and manipulative tactics.
