Bria Brown I had a great experience with Sellers & Warren for the closing of my new home. Kim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was happy to answer any questions I had and I could always count on prompt responses from her! On the day of the closing Kim made sure everything went smooth. They also have the cutest signs to hold up for pictures saying things like, “Happy Homeowners” and “We Bought a House!” I’m so glad I closed with Sellers & Warren, they made the process of buying a new house stress-free!

Fey Ree Asked for a simple form filled out to ensure it was done correctly. She misspelled my first name, last name, and got the county wrong. We had only communicated through email, so everything was clearly written out. No reason for so many errors. I called and politely asked about it, and her only response was that I could get another attorney if I wanted. Oh, and she said my name was "foreign to them" as if that was an excuse when, again, everything was clearly written out. Im shocked at the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism by someone asking for $300. I would have preferred her say she couldnt do it, didnt want to, etc if that were the case.

Dixie I had the best experience with Ashley, she was so professional in everything she did. She took of me and my family, if you need a serious lawyer for family law she is the one I highly recommend. Everytime I had a question it was answered in a timely manor either by her or her staff. Ashley and Autumn were very sweet to listen to me and the case that was going on, I will be using them again in the future.

Gabby Garza Horrible experience. Paid thousands of dollars and never even met my lawyer in person. The lawyer did not call me but had someone at the office send me a text 15 minutes before my court appearance that he would not be there and another lawyer would be there to help. They knew nothing about my case and said it would be best to ask for a new court date. One month later at a new court date, less than an hour before my court appearance, he did the same thing again. I was told there was another lawyer who would be there to help. She was not on the website page and had been working there for less than a few months or weeks. Also did not know my case before that hour. She looked extremely unprofessional and had yellow nail polish all over her fingers and nails. She attempted to be comforting. My lawyer finally called after and apologized. I respectful told him that it meant very little to me. The experience I had with this law firm is something I would not wish for anyone. And unfortunately I lost time and money finding that out the hard way.

Rebecca Carter This group refuses to refund my money when they didn’t even touch my case, late to call on scheduled appointment, got a bunch of welcome emails, no court documents sent out, no demand letters or phone call to the other person for my case. They can make time for welcome emails but not my case. And they won’t give me my money back. Worse group of lawyers paralegals and accounting department to deal with. They just want to have everyone in their group email/call about refusing to refund my money versus taking the time to talk about my actual case before I cancelled their services. This group doesn’t take the time to invidually look at your email/case it’s a bunch of copy paste welcome emails from multiple people in the group. Nothing personalized. They are NOT doing any of their services hired to do! Strongly advise not going with this group.

James (IMHO) My experience working through a divorce with this firm as the opposing side: The outcome for me was as close to perfect as I could have ever hoped for. Unfortunately for my ex, they made the easy difficult, and ran her costs through the roof. It got to the point that she had to take out a title pawn loan to finalize the divorce. A divorce that should have taken about 2 months was stretched out far, far longer. It was very frustrating for me, but the bottom line is, she got financially brutalized and lost on custody, property, etc. If youre getting a divorce, hope that your ex hires this firm.

Will DaBeast I was in an unfortunate situation where I had been blamed for something I didnt do. I already had to spend money to get out of jail. Now I had to go spend money on a lawyer to make sure I had the best chance to get the case thrown out. I researched lawyers in the area and saw good things about Brad. He had also sent me something in the mail. I wanted someone well known in the Cherokee County Courthouse and Brads office is right beside it so I chose him. He was honest from the start when I went in for the free consultation and understood my frustration with having to spend more money. I could tell he was a no nonsense kinda guy who takes his job seriously. If I ever had a question along the way, I would call the office and Amber would answer. She was always a pleasure to deal with and always answered my questions promptly. They managed to get my case thrown out before my court date. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. I recommend Brad Reed to anyone. Great experience as far as dealing with a lawyer. Brad and Amber are awesome!
