Antonio Fuentes Great little gem in the small town of Fitzgerald! I had the pleasure of stopping in here to buy my wife a gift for her birthday… I must say I was very impressed with how personable, polite, and courteous these people are. I surely found not one, not two, not 3, but 4 things for my wife here! Both a staff member and owner were there. The new owner Alison has a great personality which shines through in her effort to create a positive customer experience and provide value to every customer! She is constantly working on getting an ample amount of diversified new inventory as well for all ages to enjoy. I definitely recommend stopping here if your in the town of Fitzgerald or just passing through. Whether your looking to get something for someone else or yourself, keep this one on your list. Nataly Limon I was very disappointed in King tuts I did give them two chances one being wedding bands I needed them engraved but they said that they could only engrave one so I told them that if that was the case that I wouldnt want either of them engraved they sent them back with one engraved and tried to charge me it made no sense they wouldnt match anymore especially for wedding bands I feel like that was very important they did finally fix it after two weeks they shaved down the ring but you could tell there has been an engraving the second time being I wanted a ring resized and whenever I first went in there I had said that I wanted to see how much it would be to get this ring resized they told me how much bigger would I want it I told them that I wanted it to fit my index finger they sized my index finger and then you know they took it never got an estimate on the price or anything so it is my fault for assuming that it wouldnt be that expensive especially because the ring I had brought in was no more than a $20 ring finally I get there to pick it up and they tell me that its going to be $100 and something dollars and in all honesty that isnt a lot of money in hindsight but I would not have fixed my ring if I knew it was going to be that expensive . I did tell him how I felt this last time because it was very disappointing I genuinely would not have agreed to fix this ring but what its done is done
