David Stewart My car battery went dead so I called Napa in Hazlehurst, GA. to price a new one. My wife and I are both disabled and not able to get around like we used to. A young man answers the phone ( his name was Alex). He checked the inventory and he had one in stock. He understood our situation and told me that I could pay over the phone and he would bring it out and install it himself. Within 2 hours he arrived to do the job. Alex was top notch and very friendly. During all this pandemic it was great to have a young man willing to step up and help those in need.

Ursuss Alvarez Well I did not pass my rebuilt inspection. Well I dont know why there are so many negatives to this location. First there is a state inspector there, hence no funny business can happen, next Josh is the inspector, his job is to make sure the car is safe. Rhonda and her daughter were helpful with information. So it is what it is, I called the dealer and he will fix the findings. Thats it. Inspection is $125. Make sure you eat before you go, there are no restaurants or gas stations to buy something to eat.

Russell Phillips My car was delivered for SCHEDULED repairs on DEC 2, 2024. I received a call on Jan 28, 2025 saying the car was repaired and “ready”. THAT’S NEAR 2 MONTHS of waiting with periodic calls by me and passive communication that was met with stalling tactics which they TRIED TO PASS BLAME ON A SUPPLIER that was NOT the issue and was DISPROVE BY TRACKING and squared DIRECTLY BACK ON JASON AND COMPANY AS A LIE! I arrived after a 3 hour drive to find it WAS NOT READY! Repairs were still in progress and incomplete. I PAID FOR THE REPAIR BILL…IN FULL…WITH CASH. After waiting another hour, Jason returned from a test drive with coolant spewing when he lifted the hood. THIS GUY (OWNER) LITERALLY ABANDONED THE JOB BY LEAVING ME AND THE DRIVER STANDING BY THE CAR…CLOSED UP HIS SHOP SAYING “I GOT TO GET HOME”! AGAIN, I’M 3 HOURS FROM MY HOME AND HE HAD ALREADY HAD MY CAR FOR TWO MONTHS! TWO MONTHS! I HAD TO SPEND THE NIGHT IN TOWN TO COMPLETE THE JOB ON MY OWN BECAUSE OF HIS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND WORKMANSHIP.

leiann kemp I have nothing but great things to say about Brent’s Body Shop. I hit a deer while on my lunch break and messed the front end/grill of my car up. I went by two local mechanic shops to make sure my car was okay to drive home (considering I live over an hour away and thought my radiator may have been damaged). Both mechanic shops told me no tech was available to look at it. I went to Mr Brent’s body shop and he immediately stopped what he was doing to look at my car and make sure I was safe to drive. He wrote me an estimate for repairs right then and even scheduled me a date to bring it back to him for repairs. He made the process so quick and easy. Once I dropped my car off to him, he had it fixed in a VERY reasonable amount of time and it honestly looks better than the day I bought it. After a prior awful experience with another body shop, I am so thankful that I heard about Brent’s and decided to take my car there this time. Amazing customer service and amazing work! I HIGHLY recommend this shop.
