Dan Welborn I brought 4 new wheels and 4 new tires for them to mount and Doug told me it would be $20 each and I brought him two lawnmower tires to change also whenever I called Ariel told me it was $180. This was very wrong. They even charged $10 each to install a valve stems in the two lawnmower tires. It should have been no more than $120 so I suggest if you use them, you better get it in writing I will never use them again.

Tyler L Any local can tell you, this place is the most comprehensive parts store anywhere. The owner has kept the "home town" appeal to the store and service. It doesnt matter what obscure pieces and parts you need, these guys can get it. They also install wiper blades, batteries, light bulbs, and other small jobs that are a pain to take a vehicle to a professional shop for. Their warranties are easy to use and understand. You always get a fair price.

Went to the auto parts store and bought the right filter. No more oil leak. Glad i noticed it before it caused damage to my truck. Definitely wont be returning.

Penny Black Pešić Windshield replacement on my Ram Promaster 3500 work van was quick and affordable. Everyone was friendly and really knowledgeable about the different kinds of glass and repairs. They also have a mobile service where they are able to do most repairs wherever you are. I was going to be in town so I made an appointment to bring in my van and within an hour I was able to leave with a beautiful, clear new windshield with all the toll stickers back in the right places. I haul freight in my work truck all over the US and this has been the quickest and most affordable windshield replacement ever. The last one was in Michigan and cost 200 more, with a 3 hour wait. Ill definitely return next time I need windshield repairs or replacements. Highly recommended, 10 out of 10.

JM Friday Rarely will you find a body shop as courteous and professional. We had a modest fender bender and, after getting all the OKs from the insurance company, took note of two recommendations from people whom we trust...and came to Casey. He could not have been more courteous...and as savvy as they come when dealing with insurance claims. Due to an additional find once the bumper came off (which Casey predicted might be the case), a supplemental communique was sent to the insurance company. No issues so far. We will have to bring the car back to Casey when the part (back ordered) arrives. It will be a pleasure having another experience with Casey and his team.

Their shop might not be new and fancy but I am very pleased with my experience. They were very respectful to me. They did not treat me like an idiot like some mechanics. Makayla Hewell Horrible customer service. On Sunday we called looking for a Caliper and the person we spoke with said it was $18 and it would be ordered. Everywhere we’ve called we have been told it would take 2 weeks to get the part in and it was a couple hundred dollars for the part. My dad called yesterday to double check and make sure the correct part was actually ordered since everywhere else was way more expensive. The guy who answered the phone wouldn’t even let my dad get a word out and told him rudely that he would let him know when the part is in then hung up. My dad called back once more and the guy told him very rudely again that he would call us when the part is in and hung up the phone again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will not be doing business here. You can also take that part that was ordered and send it back because I refuse to do business with anyplace that acts like that. Rude, Rude, Rude!!!

Kim Heater If I could give this place 10 stars I would. On my way to TN from FL my 2013 Kia Soul broke down on the highway late at night. The state police called them to tow my car. My anxiety was extremly high and when they got to me I knew I was going to be OK. He towed my car to their lot then took me to the hotel I picked for the remainder of the night. After the estimate was approved I had my car back and was back on the road later that afternoon. They even came to my hotel to pick me up and bring me to my car. I really appreciate everyone I had contact with so very much. I was so scared that night being alone, on the side of the road, not familiar where I was, being a female and hearing all the horror stories that happen to us. Then this guy show up and treats me so very well and made sure I was safe. Then to fix my car quickly like that was amazing. They gave me a very fair price. I wish there was something I could do for you all, that is how much I appreciate you! If you ever need a tow or your car fixed THIS IS THE PLACE!!
