C Lowe Dropped off a 16 inch necklace to be repaired, got back an 18 inch necklace. Total mystery. Nothing to be done except charge me to shorten it back to the original length. Wouldn’t be a problem, or have bothered to leave a review, if the response had been an apology, or even just an acknowledgement and repair, but instead it was a bit of gaslighting (perhaps I don’t remember the correct necklace that I’ve been wearing every day for nearly a year?) and no resolution.
Very poor customer service at best.
