He’s also incredibly welcoming to all the new people I’ve brought in to try a class, which says a lot about the vibe he creates. The facility is always clean and well-maintained—such a great place to train!

I came with the intentions of having my son involved in a sport with kids his age through Brazilian JiuJitsu and this has quickly expanded. My daughter and I have also joined. My kids enjoy their Brazilian JiuJitsu, boxing classes, and the additional perks of being a member such as basketball and soccer. While they attend their classes, I am able to enjoy kickboxing and boxing classes. What was suppose to be one person has become a family affair. The members there are encouraging and motivating, and make you feel like you are part of their family. The staff their is not only positive and motivating but obviously knowledgeable. They meet each person at their personal goals, whether its weight loss or competition. I highly recommend X3 Sports regardless if you are an expert or newly. Contact Eric, the owner, he will help you from the beginning.

5 /5 Ellie Johnson: My daughter does the youth boxing and jiu-jitsu. Not only is this such a nice facility with so many options for kids and adults, but the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Super convenient location with really dedicated coaches and athletes. The Jiu jitsu professors are all IBJJF certified black belts. My daughter is learning the technical details that she missed out on before. I’m so excited that we are a part of the X3 family in Canton.

Club Pilates - Canton

Deborah Copes: I started attending classes at this Club Pilates two months ago after attending a Club Pilates in CT for 3 years. The staff in Canton, GA, are very friendly, professional, and excellent at explaining the different exercises. If one has any physical limitations, they work with you to provide options for the exercises. Since taking Pilates, I find that I have gained more muscle mass, better balance and core strength. I do feel that taking classes here has helped to increase my bone density. I would highly recommend Club Pilates for anyone who wants to improve their balance and gain overall strength.

Lauren Hawkins: I truly love going to this gym. There is a plethora of machines and different equipment to use when working out. Ive had sessions with two great trainers, Sam and Joey, as well, who really take the time to listen to what goals Id like to accomplish and helped steer me towards a great workout plan thats allowed me to achieve them. Ive also taken a few of the courses offered as well. The only small tweak I would suggest is perhaps having more beginners classes. Most classes are set at a medium level and being a newbie are a bit above my pay grade. Otherwise, Ill always recommend this gym to others.

Andrea Palaia: Orangetheory is an awesome workout!!!! The work outs are always different so you are never bored. They are challenging and the coaches are awesome!!! The enthusiasm and encouragement you get from here can not be beat. I have been working out my entire life and this is by far the best place ever. They make everyone feel welcome no matter what level you are at.

Andrea Harper: This is THE place for CrossFit! I love the community and all the instructors are so nice and knowledgeable! You never feel judged and when you’re new they pay extra attention to you to make sure you’re doing well! This place is GREAT for both newbies and experts. Highly recommend!

It is consistently staffed by friendly and knowledgeable folks who clearly like what they do. They work hard to create a fun atmosphere for a workout…seasonal decor, joke boards and Friday bananas. They also give back to the community by collecting items/fundraising for various groups like local schools and veterans.

Robbie Singh: Derek has been really helpful since day 1 of joining. Hes truly gone above and beyond to make an excellent first impression of this location. The cafe staff are really warm and helpful as well. Ive had good experiences from staff here including my personal trainer Sophia who gave me a truly great smoothie recipe and has been very supportive in my workout sessions. Also had a good experience with Lisa who led a Root Yoga class. The cold plunge and sauna are some of my favorite amenities. Best of all is the convenience of the location.

Ellery Burbank: I came in before it opened and was Totally Amazed at the whole concept and the Staff is still so Helpful no matter what you are trying to do!! The Infrared saunas really help your workouts and help you Recover as well! It’s better than just sitting in a sauna!! I’m so thankful that I’m a member here because the staff never makes you feel like you did remember how to work something !! If you haven’t tried this You should and you will Not be disappointed!!
