In the strength and conditioning classes, you will train like an athlete in an off season with weight lifting, plyometrics, isometrics, hypertrophy, and cardio exercises. Ive taken a few boxing classes with Coach Josh and the classes were really great for a beginner like myself. Advanced fighters will find competition in the ring for sparring on Thursday evenings.
