1 /5 lightingstar4: Update 2025: At this point this gym needs to close down. I would not recommend anyone to join this gym. You will waste your yearly fee money and monthly fees. AC not fixed and they said it’s up to plaza landlord but it’s tenant’s responsibility. They installed fans and 2 of them don’t even work. This gym is a joke now.
Update 2024: This gym has officially gone down the hole. The air conditioning hasn’t worked for over a year — yes, more than 12 months with no working AC. It’s hard to believe that any responsible management team would allow that, unless they’re purposely trying to cut corners and save money at the expense of their paying members.
The equipment is poorly maintained. More and more machines are broken, rusty, or out of order with handwritten signs saying, “Waiting for technician.” That’s become the norm rather than the exception. Mats reek of sweat, and the entire floor is dusty and musty — it’s honestly unhygienic at this point. I’ve held on with patience for far too long, hoping things would improve. But they haven’t — and now I truly believe they won’t. I’m done. Would not recommend anyone unless it’s last resort because of location.
Update per pic 2023: could’ve done better maintenance job over the years. Also, more electrical machines are not working. it’s not wise to be spraying liquid bottle spray on the control to clean, and on top using towels that are dripping with liquid.
Original Review: I’ve been coming to this location since 2016 and it’s just disappointing now. I remember in 2016, this location was so organized and well maintained but slowly it’s getting worse. There are numbers of issues that would make gym time much better. 1. The cleaning towel is always soaking wet and I think a lot water is mixed into the solution so it’s just water. 2. I think it’s normal since a lot people use the water fountain but the water is always hot (prob need to get serviced). 3. At first I thought it was because during busy hours a lot people go so you can’t feel the cold air coming through ventilation but noticed for past few times, even with just maximum 4 people including worker, the AC seems to be not efficient (it’s only fan that’s blowing the air). 5. Not really an issue but faucets in restroom are broke, maybe management can save money if they get it fixed. Obviously all this is an easy fix but require good management.
