5 /5 GIS: Just joined this place and Im glad I did. I referred a friend and hes my workout partner now. Its not one of those mega-huge facilities that have things that i dont need though, Ive used and like the water massager bed). The whole staff are friendly and helpful (especially, Tammy) and we feel like were family. Its also very affordable. Its clean and well sanitized. The folks working out there are nice and helpful (when you need it). Lastly, I like that older folks, like us, are there and have been working out for years. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Terrance Blount: I really enjoy coming to this gym! The manager is excellent—always professional and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The equipment is more than enough to get the job done, and I love that it’s open 24/7 so I can fit in a workout no matter my schedule. The gym is kept clean overall, and the people who go here are kind and respectful, which makes the environment even better. Even in the evenings when a few teenagers are around, I’ve never had an issue finding space or getting my workouts in. It’s also in a very convenient location, which makes it easy to stop in regularly. Overall, this has been one of the best gyms I’ve attended, and I highly recommend it!

This gym provides adequate equipment, a clean environment, and a community of people to exercise with. The staff are friendly and ensure that the gym is well maintained. I highly recommend coming to and signing up with this gym!

5 /5 Cadedra Ratliff: I really didn’t want to do a review. This gym is my best kept secret. It’s super clean. Not too crowded. Great equipment and the manager Tammy is so nice. I really don’t have a lot of complaints . The only thing I would critique is sometimes there is a small group that likes to chat and hold up the equipment and a few that likes to save the equipment by placing their towels and water bottles to hold it while working out on other equipment’s. Maybe signs could be placed up asking people to be mindful of chatting in front of the equipments and to not use to towels and water to save their spot on equipments. Other than that love work out anytime.
