Citizens Bank of the South - ATM - Kelly K. Robinson: I left my previous bank because of the decline in customer service. I opened an account today with customer service representative Chelsea K. Reaves at the Milledgeville branch and I have to say that it was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. She was very professional, attentive, and personable. She not only made sure that she covered everything but that I also understood everything. She was so pleasant. More often than not when trying to handle things these days, people act like youre an annoyance instead of a customer that they pays their salary, but Chelsea was welcoming and made me feel like she was happy to help me with all of my needs. Citizens Bank is very fortunate to have her. Please let her know that she is appreciated. Give Chelsea a promotion and raise. Good customer service is a rarity these days and its a great way to get new and retain current customers. Chelsea is just the person to both simultaneously. Thank you Chelsea!
